We will remove content and may escalate to law enforcement when we perceive a genuine risk of physical harm or a direct threat to public safety. We also prohibit promoting, planning or celebrating any of your actions if they have, or could, result in financial harm to others, including theft and vandalism.
BranchOut encourages respectful debate and the free exchange of ideas, but will not tolerate any harassment or bullying of BranchOut members. BranchOut will take action on all reports of abusive behavior directed at private individuals. Repeatedly targeting other users with unwanted connection requests or messages is a form of harassment.

Only share content on BranchOut if you have the right to do so. You should not post any content or information that is illegal to post related to your industry. We ask that you respect copyrights, trademarks and other legal rights.
On BranchOut, members connect and share using their real identities. We encourage users to promote their professional identities. Consequently, do not claim to be another person or falsely represent your professional background and achievements. Also, you may not post the personal information of other people.
We take the safety of our members seriously and work to prevent attempts to compromise their privacy or security. We also ask that you respect our members by not contacting them for commercial purposes without their consent.

Certain graphic content may be offensive to our community and we will have to balance the general needs of our professional community. BranchOut strictly prohibits pornographic content and imposes strict limits on the display of nudity. Consequently, content offensive to our community will be removed.
