BranchOut Community Values

BranchOut lets you showcase your professional life in a way that transcends a black and white resume.  Your work day is full of important professional moments that help define your career. By sharing news about projects, promotions, events and everyday successes, you can bring your career to life.

BranchOut encourages you to share posts about your professional life:

  • Accomplishments - Celebrate an award, promotion, or shout-out to a co-worker or community member
  • Professional moments - Tag a colleague when you grab coffee or post a photo from a project with a partner
  • Inspiration - Post success stories, industry-related articles, designs you like, and lessons from people you admire
  • Props - Make a lunch recommendation in your neighborhood or endorse a former co-worker to help them get a job

The more you share on BranchOut, the more you build your professional brand and potentially find opportunities.

Be proud of what you share.  Everything you post reflects "you" and may be seen by your friends, a potential employer, client, partner or member of the BranchOut community.

Of course, unflattering posts may harm your brand. Some posts are not acceptable on BranchOut.  Please review BranchOut's Community Guidelines and do not post items that violate these guidelines:
