As the Green Inspector I am dedicated to helping people ensure that their homes, prospective homes and work spaces are safe, healthy, energy efficient and comfortable. I am licensed in the State of NY as a Home Inspector and I perform environmental and indoor air quality testing. I am certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst and Shell Specialist, performing home performance energy audits. I am a consultant for Energy Efficiency, Conservation, Going Green and protecting our natural resources, while showing people how to save money. I am studying to become a LEED Green Associate.
